Match the citation to the specific claim it supports. A source discussing multi-account content does not automatically support a revenue number, causal explanation or guarantee in the same paragraph. Remove the unsupported detail or find evidence that actually establishes it.

Keep a claim ledger for substantial pieces: statement, source, date and limitation. This makes editorial review concrete. A page full of links can still be poorly evidenced if the links merely decorate the argument instead of supporting its important assertions.
