Save why the reference matters, not only who posted it. A useful entry might say: Situation: a freelancer’s deadline changed. Mechanic: show the consequence before the repair. Proof: a visible calendar action. Next step: try the demonstrated workflow. Reference: creator, URL and collection date. Not transferable: the original creator’s audience and historical result.

Those notes let somebody find an example for a real brief weeks later. Keep the vocabulary small enough that two teammates tag similar ideas similarly. A folder of famous creators is easy to browse and surprisingly hard to use when the next assignment is a specific customer objection.
