TokPortal

A practical guide for apps, SaaS teams and agencies

Launch your brand in the US.
Run it from where you are.

Create a managed US TikTok or Instagram presence, prepare your content and coordinate the work from your TokPortal dashboard. Local operators handle account operation in the selected market.

Web app first. API and AI assistants are optional.

For an app or SaaS launch

Show one useful outcome your product delivers. Give interested viewers a clear next step to explore the product, then measure that step in your own funnel.

For an agency's client

Agree on the client's audience, budget and content approvals. Reuse this planning process for each brand while keeping its identity, assets and reporting distinct.

For a team outside the US

Select the account's target market separately from where your team works. TokPortal coordinates local account operation through the same web dashboard.

From brief to first review

Your US launch plan

  1. Write a brief for one US audience

Choose who the account is for, the problem your product solves and one action you want viewers to take. Use a US-facing product page or app-store destination that works for that audience. Decide how you will track visits and signups in your own analytics.

Your launch brief: audience, offer, destination and one success measure.

  2. Choose the account and review the budget

Open TokPortal, choose TikTok or Instagram and select the United States. Check the available options and build your order around the account and content slots you need. Review setup, publishing, ongoing Coverage and optional services before confirming the cost in the app.

Your order plan: platform, country, content volume and reviewed total.

  3. Configure your brand and submit the setup

Prepare the profile name, requested handle, bio and profile image. Use your brand's assets or material you are authorized to use. Complete the configuration in your dashboard and follow the account setup status. Keep your campaign date flexible until the account is delivered.

Your profile brief: a recognizable brand and complete setup details.

  4. Prepare content for the people you want to reach

Upload your approved content, write captions for the audience and configure the available publishing options. Check the dates and times displayed in the app. A product demonstration, a specific use case and an answer to a common customer question are three possible starting ideas, not a required package.

Your content plan: approved assets, captions and intended publishing times.

  5. Follow delivery, then decide what to repeat

Start the configured work when it is ready and follow its status in TokPortal. Review the account and content analytics available on your plan, alongside visits and conversions measured on your own website or app. Expand the topics and accounts that serve your goal once you have results to assess.

Your review: what was delivered, what people watched and what they did next.

A brief you can hand to your team

Make the launch plan shareable.

Use the downloadable brief to collect the audience, product destination, profile details, approved files and captions, timezone, budget and review dates. It includes a checklist before ordering and a place to record who approves the purchase.

The file is a blank planning template. Filling it in does not place an order or authorize a paid action. Keep passwords, API keys and payment details out of it.

Fictional planning example

A task-planning SaaS for designers

US audience
Independent designers juggling client deadlines.
Content idea
Show how the fictional product turns a client brief into a task list.
Next step to measure
A demo request on the product website, using its own campaign tags.
Before ordering
Approve the profile, content and current app costs, then review delivery and campaign results.

This is an example brief, not a customer case. No results are assumed.

Check the whole launch budget.

Account setup, content publishing and keeping an account managed are separate parts of the plan. Optional services add to the total. Credits are shared across the web app, API and MCP.

Use the current pricing and network calculator to compare the initial launch with ongoing operation. Check Coverage terms and the final amount shown in the app before you buy.

Build the plan that fits your project.

Start with the accounts and content you can prepare and review. Add volume after you have a repeatable process and results to guide the next decision.

Questions before you start

Can I launch a US account while my team is outside the US?

Yes. TokPortal offers managed TikTok and Instagram accounts operated on local devices in the selected market. Choose the United States in the app and check the current availability before ordering. Your team can manage the work from its dashboard.

Do I need an API key or an AI assistant?

No. You can order and manage your account in the web app. API and MCP access are optional ways to work with the same TokPortal service and credit balance.

What should I include in my launch budget?

Check the current account setup price, your planned content slots, ongoing TokPortal Coverage and any optional services. The pricing page explains the standard rates; review the total shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Does a US account guarantee US views or customers?

No. The service provides local account operation and content publishing. Audience distribution, views and sales depend on your content and the platforms. Measure the results of your launch before expanding it.

Can an agency use this process for a client?

Yes. Prepare a separate brand brief and approved content for each client. Agree on the budget, who approves posts and where campaign results will be measured before placing the order. For a reseller or white-label arrangement, discuss the setup with TokPortal first.

Already working with an agent?

You can also inspect countries, accounts and costs through MCP. Preview a supported action with dry run before approving a paid operation. A preview does not create a real account, and its simulated IDs must not be reused for a live order.
