Can a single profile snapshot become a Spotify-style annual recap?

Not honestly. Current follower count does not reveal how many followers were gained this year, and an average of a recent sample does not identify the best month. Those sections need historical observations with known dates.

Build the first version around the data you actually have: a dated snapshot, clearly defined metrics and a useful next experiment. Start storing an appropriate history before promising a future annual recap. Missing history is a product dependency, not a copywriting problem.
