Verify the post identity, publication status, timestamp and data freshness first. Separate “not published,” “published but not yet observed by this data source” and “observed with zero views.” They require different actions.

Record what is confirmed and what remains unknown. Avoid an instant shadowban diagnosis or a promise that views will arrive. Once the operating state is clear, decide whether the issue belongs to delivery, data collection or the content experiment. That sequence saves time and prevents contradictory explanations.
