How do you prevent one client’s asset from reaching another client’s account?

Use explicit client, account and asset identifiers throughout the handoff. The publishing preview should show the destination account next to the actual media and caption, not only a filename. Validate that the selected asset belongs to the intended workspace or project.

Keep an audit trail of the approved combination. A human double-check can help, but the system should also make cross-client selection difficult. When the same mistake is possible in every batch, fixing the naming and validation path is more durable than asking everyone to be more careful.
