Can the content team work without sharing account passwords in chat?

Separate content preparation, approval and account operation into the roles the system supports. Give each collaborator the access required for their task and keep credentials in the appropriate secure access system. A shared spreadsheet is not a durable credential-management plan.

Make the handoff usable through asset IDs, account labels and approved instructions. If a required action truly needs additional access, handle that as an explicit access decision. Do not broaden everyone’s permissions simply because the creative workflow is inconvenient.
