Managed Account Subscription
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
Every account we create for you lives on a real phone, in the country you picked, held by a real manager. That phone is dedicated to your account and cannot be used for anything else for as long as the account exists. The managed account subscription pays for that dedicated device, for your account’s slot with its manager, and for the ban coverage described in section 5.
This page is a practical summary of Section 12.7 of our Terms of Service. In case of any discrepancy, the Terms of Service prevail. It applies to accounts delivered on or after 10 August 2026.
1. Amount and Schedule
The subscription is 25 credits per 30-day period per managed account, at the rate published in our pricing schedule. It is charged to your credit balance, not to a card, and it is separate from the credits you spend on videos, warming, and comments.
The first 30-day period is included in the price of the account. Periods run from the day the account is delivered to you, so the first debit lands 30 days after delivery. If your account is delivered on 5 August, the first subscription debit happens on 4 September, then every 30 days after that.
The debit is automatic and does not depend on how much you used the account during the period — the phone was reserved for you either way. Every debit appears in your credit ledger. We are not required to notify you before a renewal, so keep an eye on your balance if you are running a large portfolio.
2. If Your Balance Is Too Low
The subscription is always prepaid, so you can never end up owing us anything. If your balance is below the amount due on a renewal date, nothing is debited and no debt is created. The subscription simply lapses.
When a subscription has lapsed, the account can no longer be used on TokPortal:
- No new task can be ordered on it.
- Tasks already scheduled are held back rather than executed. A video that cannot be published is not consumed, so its slot stays intact.
- The ban coverage in section 5 no longer applies to it.
The same applies if you simply decide to stop paying for an account. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to settle — you let it lapse, and it stops being usable.
3. Coming Back to a Paused Account
Your account keeps its slot on its device while it is paused, so each renewal date that passes unpaid adds one unpaid period. Reactivating the account means settling every unpaid period in a single debit, and there is no cap on that number. Two months paused costs 50 credits to resume, six months costs 150.
That debit is atomic: we check that the account is still available first, and if it is, the credits are taken and the account comes back in the same move. If the account can no longer be recovered, nothing is debited. You never pay for an account we cannot hand back.
Do bear in mind that beyond three months of inactivity we can no longer warrant that an account is still available, still operational, or still held by the manager who created it, as set out in Section 12.6 of the Terms of Service. Past that point, reactivation is not something we can promise.
4. What the Subscription Pays For
- A dedicated device. A real phone in the target country, reserved for your account and unavailable for anything else until the account ends.
- A slot with a manager. Someone who keeps your account in their rotation and can act on it.
- The right to order tasks on the account — videos, warming, comments, edits.
- Ban coverage under the conditions in section 5.
The subscription is non-refundable, is never prorated, and stops for good when an account is banned. It does not apply to rented accounts, where the page belongs to a creator rather than to a manager on our side.
5. Ban Coverage
While the subscription is current, an account banned in the circumstances set out in our Ban & Replacement Policy gives rise to a restoration in credits covering the account itself, its warming tasks, and every video slot and add-on you had not used yet. Videos already published are consumed and are never restored.
Restored credits are valid for 60 days from the day they are restored, whatever the validity of the pack they originally came from, so a ban never costs you credits you had no time to spend.
Coverage follows the subscription. An account whose subscription has lapsed is not covered for a ban occurring during that lapse, and paying afterwards does not create coverage retroactively. The 15-day request deadline in the Ban & Replacement Policy applies as well.
6. Revealing Your Credentials Ends the Subscription — and Everything Else
You can ask us to reveal an account’s credentials at any time. Doing so is final and ends our involvement with that account for good. From that moment:
- No further task can be ordered or executed on the account, ever.
- The subscription stops, because we no longer run anything for you on it.
- Support, replacement, credit restoration, and refunds no longer apply to it, as set out in Section 12.4 of the Terms of Service.
- The account stays visible in your dashboard in read-only form, with its past analytics, which are no longer refreshed.
Revealing is enough on its own to trigger this — it makes no difference whether anyone logs in afterwards. The reason is explained in section 7 of the Ban & Replacement Policy: holding and using credentials elsewhere changes the device, network, IP, and behavioural fingerprint that platforms watch, and that alone can degrade or lose the account.
Because a revealed account is no longer managed by us, the subscription and the Owning Fee described in Section 12.5 of the Terms of Service never apply to the same account at the same time.
7. Accounts Delivered Before 10 August 2026
Accounts delivered before 10 August 2026 are not subject to this subscription and never will be. Nothing is debited on them and nothing is owed on them.
They remain covered by Section 7.4 of the Terms of Service under the conditions applicable to them, without the subscription condition set out in Section 7.4.10. The remedy described in section 5 of this page — a restoration in credits rather than a replacement account — applies to them as it does to every other account.
