template as a quote. Credits and currency amounts are different units.

- Content slots: [slots x current publishing credits = credits]

- [ ] Brand profile and rights to assets approved.
- [ ] Account, content slots, Coverage and optional services reviewed.
- [ ] Displayed cost is within the approved budget.
- [ ] Content approval and handoff responsibilities are clear.
- [ ] Dates account for setup and delivery status; no delivery date assumed.
- [ ] The person placing the order has explicit purchase approval.

Purchase intention: [planning only / ready for an authorized person to review the order]
This selection is a note for your team, not an instruction to an agent to spend money.

## 7. Review dates

- Date to check setup status in TokPortal: [date]
- Date to review delivered content: [date, adjusted to actual delivery]
- Date to review product visits and conversions: [date]
- Date to review ongoing Coverage and the next budget: [date]
- Decision after review: [continue / change the content / expand / pause planning]
- Evidence for that decision: [delivered work, analytics and your own product data]

## Optional: working through an AI assistant

Ask for available countries, accounts and current costs first. A supported dry run
is a simulation, not a real account or purchase. Keep simulated identifiers out of
live operations. Review the real order and obtain explicit approval before a paid action.

## Fictional planning example

This illustrates a brief, not a customer case or a performance claim.

- Product: a fictional task-planning SaaS for independent designers.
- Audience: independent designers in the US managing several client deadlines.
- Problem: tasks from a client brief are difficult to organize into a weekly plan.
- Offer to show: a short demonstration of turning a brief into a task list.
- Platform: TikTok; target market: United States.
- Content ideas: the product demonstration, a client-handoff use case and a common question.
- Destination: the product's demo page, with campaign tags for its own analytics.
- Desired action: request a demo.
- Budget: fill in current app costs and seek approval before ordering.
- Review: check actual delivery first, then product visits and demo requests.
- Results: none assumed or claimed.
