Questions before your first account
Can my team work outside the United States?
Yes. Choose the United States as the account market when it is available. Local operators handle the account work there while your team configures and follows it from the dashboard. The language you read on this site does not change the account's target market.
Will every viewer be in the United States?
No. Local account operation does not guarantee an exclusive audience, a specific number of views or sales. TikTok and Instagram also consider content and audience interactions. Review actual audience and business results after publishing.
Is this a free account creation service?
No. Signing up and placing a paid order are separate steps. You pay for account setup, ongoing Coverage and the publishing or optional services you choose. Check the final total in your workspace before confirming.
Who makes the content and how soon can we publish?
Your team supplies the content and configuration. Follow the setup and delivery status in the app; timing depends on the market and work ordered. Prepare your media in advance and confirm available publishing dates after account delivery.
Do I need an AI assistant or an API key?
No. You can start from the web dashboard. API and MCP are optional interfaces for teams that want to connect their own workflows. They use the same TokPortal service and credit balance.
