One app. Five accounts. Twenty-five original slideshows to start.
That is enough to test several ways of selling the same idea: a relatable problem, a useful list, a quick tutorial, a comparison, a founder story.
You do not need to become an influencer. You need posts people want to swipe through, a product that fits the story, and a way to keep publishing while you build.
Here is how I would set it up with an AI agent and TokPortal.
What million-view slideshows actually look like
Look at this relationship carousel from TokPortal’s historical records: 1,720,338 views, recorded July 28, 2026.
Everyday photos. White text. One recognizable situation, developed over several slides. Each swipe adds a point. The photos create the mood; the copy gives you a reason to continue.
Borrow that structure for your app. A study app can start with the frustration of rereading notes. A meal planner can start with a fridge full of ingredients and no dinner idea. Use your own photos and a problem your users actually have.
Now look at a different approach: a fitness carousel with 2,307,221 views, recorded July 27, 2026.
The hook promises five movements. The following slides deliver them. The last slide turns the sequence into something worth saving.
This one uses illustration. It works as an explanation: the visuals show the movements. That is very different from decorating a generic tip with company logos and gradients.
These are real published creatives paired with their stored view totals. Account names are hidden. We have reach data for these examples, not install or revenue data.
The move to copy is simple: make a specific promise, deliver something useful, and give the app a natural role.
Five accounts. Five angles.
Slideshow maxxing means producing and testing lots of photo carousels. The useful part is testing more ideas. Posting the same slideshow on ten accounts does not give you ten ideas.
Start with five accounts, Advanced Niche Warming, and 25 initial slideshow posts in total: five complete posts per account.
For a study app, I would split them like this:
- Relatable problems: “Your notes look finished. Can you answer from memory?”
- Useful lists: “3 ways to test yourself before an exam.”
- Quick tutorials: show the real app turning one page of notes into practice questions.
- Comparisons: demonstrate rereading versus testing yourself on the same topic.
- Founder content: show a feature you built, why it exists and how you use it.
Give each account its own angle and original posts. Keep the audience, language and starting cadence similar enough to make the results useful. If a format looks promising, try a fresh version on another relevant account too.
Small budget? Start with two accounts and Advanced Niche Warming. Pick two different approaches, such as relatable problems and product tutorials. Add accounts when you know what you want to test next.
Make the first slide impossible to misunderstand
“Introducing the future of productivity” is a launch announcement. “You opened your laptop an hour ago. What did you actually finish?” is a situation.
Start with the situation. Your reader should understand the post before reading the caption or knowing your app exists.
Try hooks like these, then deliver the answer:
- Meal planner: “5 dinners from the same grocery bag.”
- Language app: “You know this word. Can you use it in a sentence?”
- Developer tool: “The tiny bug that broke my signup flow.”
- Study app: “Close your notes. Try these 3 questions.”
A hook creates an expectation. If the rest of the carousel cannot fulfill it, rewrite the hook.
Give every slide a job
For a first six-slide tutorial, use this:
- Hook: name the problem.
- Context: show what is happening.
- Useful step: give the reader something to try.
- Product: show your app doing the relevant part.
- Payoff: finish the method.
- Next step: name the app and make it easy to find.
For a list, the app often fits around slide four or five. For a product tutorial, show it from the start. Use the placement that makes the explanation better.
Three instructions make an AI brief much better:
- Write the sequence before generating images. Label each slide’s job. Cut anything that repeats the previous point.
- Keep visual continuity. Use a consistent text treatment and a plausible setting. Do not jump between five unrelated styles.
- Use real product screenshots. Give the agent approved screenshots instead of asking it to invent your interface.
Ask for a contact sheet of the whole carousel. You will spot weak transitions and repeated ideas much faster than reviewing individual files.
Native beats corporate
Your carousel should feel at home between the posts your audience already watches.
Use ordinary photographs, readable text and concrete details. A real desk, a grocery bag or a screenshot from your current project gives the post context. A giant logo rarely does.
- No badly generated AI girls or overly sexy AI models. They add nothing to an unrelated app story.
- No sexual or suggestive images.
- No corporate presentation templates. Drop the ornamental gradients, tiny copy and polished “we are excited to announce” slides.
- No invented testimonials or results. Demonstrate the product instead.
This example uses an AI-generated desk background and a separately typeset title. Simple scene, clear hook, no fake influencer. Your own photo would work here too.
Use AI to fill a visual gap, explore a composition or illustrate a concept. Keep your actual screenshots, demonstrations and customer results real.
Use the TikTok font
You will find the name TikTok Display in older creator workflows. For the current official font, download TikTok Sans. TikTok makes it available under an open-source license and uses it for options including Classic, Bold and Oblique. Official reference · Download the font.
Large type. Short lines. Enough contrast to read it on a phone. Keep important words away from the edges and interface controls.
You can ask GPT Image 2.5 Flare to generate titles as PNGs using a font specimen as a reference:
Create a PNG title graphic using my attached TikTok Sans reference. Exact text: “Your notes look finished. Can you answer from memory?”
Large white letters, restrained black outline, no extra words or decoration. Show the title on the background before exporting.
Check every word. For exact typography and a transparent overlay, ask your agent to use the actual font file and export the title separately. That is how this guide’s sample title was made. Download the transparent PNG.
Produce 25 ideas, not 25 copies
For each of your five angles, write five different posts. Change the problem, example, photos or useful payoff. Swapping one word in the hook is not enough.
For a study app, your five list posts could cover practice questions, reviewing mistakes, organizing notes, planning revision and checking what you remember. Same format, different value.
Prepare 25 original slideshow briefs for my app: five posts for each of our five account angles. Use my real feature list and approved screenshots.
For each post, give me the hook, slide-by-slide copy, required images and the moment where the product fits. Flag repeated ideas. No fake testimonials, sexual imagery or corporate language.
Show the briefs first. Then make three complete carousels so we can approve the style before producing the rest.
When a post works, reuse its structure with new material. A strong “three mistakes” carousel can become a fresh post about another task. Do not repost the same slideshow indefinitely.
Set up TokPortal with your agent
Connect TokPortal in your agent’s MCP settings and complete the authorization. The remote address is https://app.tokportal.com/api/ext/mcp. Connection instructions.
Then give the agent a concrete setup request:
Prepare a TokPortal setup for five TikTok accounts in my target country, with Advanced Niche Warming and five initial slideshow posts per account. That is 25 complete posts total.
Check my workspace capacity and live costs. Show account costs, warming, posting capacity and ongoing coverage separately before creating paid orders.
TokPortal supports bulk account creation. For the small-budget version, change five accounts to two.
Connect your image tool separately. Your agent needs access to both the finished images and TokPortal to take a carousel from creation to publishing.
Warm around your niche
Use TokPortal’s search-term generator to prepare Advanced Niche Warming. Start from the audience’s problems, not broad words like “viral” or “motivation.”
For a study app: “active recall for biology,” “how to review lecture notes,” “practice questions for finals.” For a meal planner: searches about quick dinners, grocery planning and the specific cooking routine you serve.
Generate warming search terms for each account using its angle, audience, target country and language. Remove unrelated terms. Show the terms, target count and current cost.
After the approved sessions run, retrieve their status and available recordings.
Advanced warming runs through recorded sessions spread over three manager-calendar days. Review the activity to check that it matches your niche. It prepares the account; the posts still need to earn attention. Warming reference.
Upload the batch. Check the first deliveries.
Have the agent upload the images, preserve their order and configure each item as a carousel. Ask it to run the publishing-readiness check before scheduling. Upload reference.
Upload these approved carousels to their assigned accounts. Preserve the numbered slide order and approved captions.
Prepare one post per account per day in the target audience’s time zone. Show the account, first-slide preview, image count and posting window before scheduling. After publication, collect the live links and flag failed deliveries.
Open the first live post on each account. Check the text, image order, caption and profile destination. Fix problems before sending the next batch.
For Instagram, adapt the export and preview the crop. Rework the caption for that audience. Keep one clean original export so you are not carrying another platform’s watermark into the post.
Give it 40 days
Plan for one or two posts per account per day for at least 40 days. A week is too short for this workflow: you need to publish, review and make better batches.
Start at one post a day if that keeps the work good. Move to two when you can keep producing distinct ideas.
- Five accounts: 200 posts at one per day, or 400 at two.
- Two accounts: 80 posts at one per day, or 160 at two.
- Your first 25 posts: five days of supply across five accounts at one per day; 2.5 days at two.
Budget for the full run. The starter batch gets you moving; it does not cover the whole campaign.
Week one: check delivery, readability and destinations. Weeks two and three: replace weak hooks and make fresh versions of promising ideas. By day 40: decide which accounts and formats deserve more production.
The 40-day window is a working plan, not a promise that the algorithm switches on at a particular date.
Find the posts that bring users
Record each post’s account, angle, hook, live link and publication date. Compare results at similar ages: yesterday’s post should not compete with a six-week-old winner.
Look at views, saves, shares and relevant questions where those metrics are available. Then connect the results to your own tracked links, signups and app activation data.
Review the last batch using TokPortal analytics. Compare posts at similar ages. Show which angles repeatedly attract relevant interest, not just the biggest outlier.
Combine this with the signup and activation data I provide. Mark missing metrics as unavailable. Recommend three new posts based on what we learned.
The analytics tools help your agent pull the available data. Your app analytics tell you whether those visitors become useful users.
If tutorials get fewer views but bring more activated signups, make more tutorials. If a huge post attracts people who have no use for the app, change the angle before adding accounts.
Turn “what’s the app?” into an answer
Reply to real questions from your founder or brand account. Name the app, explain the relevant feature and make it easy to find.
You can also introduce an FAQ through an account you own. Keep the affiliation clear: “From the team: the app shown here is [name].” A useful answer is stronger than a staged conversation between fake fans.
Give your agent the comment’s share link when replying to a specific TikTok comment:
Use my founder account to reply to this TikTok comment. Draft: “I built [app name]. It turns your notes into practice questions. You can find it through the profile.”
Check eligibility and cost, show the final reply, then submit once approved and verify delivery.
TokPortal’s commenting endpoint handles this behind the scenes. Replies to a specific comment are currently TikTok-only; regular comment tasks also support Instagram.
Keep a list of recurring questions. “Does it work with handwritten notes?” is the brief for your next real feature demonstration.
Start with the next 25
Choose one audience. Give five accounts five different angles. Write 25 original posts, approve the style, warm the accounts and publish consistently.
Use the next batch to improve the hook, the explanation and the path into your app. Scale the formats that bring the right people.
Examples and documentation checked September 9, 2026. Historical view totals retain their snapshot dates. Sample study-app concepts and account plans are illustrative.
